Компания Renault уведомит прокуроров, расследующих дело экс-главы Renault — Nissan — Mitsubishi, о тратах Гона на роскошную свадьбу в Версале

Компания Renault расследует спонсорскую сделку с Версальским замком, которая, по версии автопроизводителя, включала в себя личную выгоду для бывшего председателя компании Карлоса Гона. В сообщении Renault отмечается, что речь может идти о сумме в 50 000 евро.

«Собранные к настоящему факты требуют дополнительных проверок, но группа Renault решила довести эти сведения судебных властей», — говорится в заявлении Renault.

По информации Reuters, речь идет о свадебном приеме, который устроил Гон и его супруга Кэрол 8 октября 2016 года во дворце Малый Трианон в Версале. Тогда пышное торжество привлекло общественное внимание своим размахом: на свадьбу пригласили более 120 гостей, которых развлекали актеры в костюмах, соответствующих времени Марии-Антуанетты. По одной из версий, Гон мог арендовать дворец для личных нужд в рамках спонсорского контракта, который заключался для проведения ремонтных работ.

64-летний Гон был арестован японскими властями по подозрению в занижении суммы выплат в направлявшейся регуляторам отчетности и введении инвесторов и властей в заблуждение. Спустя три дня после ареста Nissan уволил Гона с поста председателя совета директоров, а в апреле планирует лишить его статуса директора. Также Гон ушел в отставку с постов председателя совета директоров и главного исполнительного директора Renault.
